March 29, 2026 – Sound Bath with Amy-Jae
Sunday March 29, 5:00pm, Eno House, Hillsborough
As life pushes its way out of the ground, out of dormant limbs, my deepest desire is to slow down and be with every second of change. I don’t want to miss anything! This feels in conflict with spring’s pull toward movement, toward expansion, toward a pace of growth you can almost see in the course of a few moments.
It is possible to be in the flow of both without tension, if you are an awakened master, which I am decidedly not. But, I do believe we can slow down, notice, become still, and then emerge with a rhythm that synchronizes our bodies and the season.
If you are longing for one more moment of pause before the full frenzy of spring life, join Amy-Jae and me for a sound bath and craniosacral offering of pause, grounding, synchronizing and emergence.
Bring a yoga mat, a zero gravity or other chair, pillow, blanket or whatever else makes you comfortable in a restful shape.

2026 Ongoing Yoga Class
Mondays 6pm – A Step To Health
Explore the creation of support and ease in your body through movement, alignment, breath work, sound, and meditation. We will play with how alignment creates both stability and ease, and with sensing subtle rhythms, contractions, and connections in the body – structurally, myofascially, and energetically. Each class will leave you grounded, centered, and perhaps a teeny bit taller.
This class generally moves quite slowly, and is potentially accessible even if you are not comfortable being on the floor (let’s talk!). Lots of options for shapes, movements and creative use of props will be offered, allowing you to find your balance of effort and ease.
