Join me at A Step To Health for an exploration of alignment of intention, breath and body. This gentle class will leave you rested, restored, and ready to embrace whatever is ahead. All proceeds benefit PORCH. Sign up through A Step To Health (link coming soon).
 

Fall 2025

Mondays 6pm, September 8 – December 22, A Step To Health
 

Explore the creation of support and ease in your body through movement, alignment, breath work, sound, and meditation.  We will play with how alignment creates both stability and ease, and with sensing subtle rhythms, contractions, and connections in the body – structurally, myofascially, and energetically.  Each class will leave you grounded, centered, and perhaps a teeny bit taller.
 

This class generally moves quite slowly, and is potentially accessible even if you are not comfortable being on the floor (let’s talk!).  Lots of options for shapes, movements and creative use of props will be offered, allowing you to find your balance of effort and ease.
